BJC, formerly known as BJ Cocksedge, began trading in 1946. The business predominately manufactured heating elements and associated wiring assemblies, serving high expectation customers both large and small throughout New Zealand and Australia.

We are ISO 9001 accredited and have been since 1994. Our training Matrix is comprehensive which ensures our staff are well versed in all processes and systems.

In 2008 there was a management buyout, which bought with it significant expansion into the wiring industry. Our wiring division today is a huge component of the business, alongside our electric heating division, where we maintain the high standards of quality and service that our customers have come to expect from BJC.

Our plant boasts a wide range of specialised machinery, much of it state of the art equipment sourced from reputable manufacturers in Switzerland, Italy, and Germany, and others custom manufactured in house. Keeping up with the latest technology keeps us competitive, so we are driven to ensure that we are always looking for ways to improve our plant.
